SAFCO announces distribution of SR 1.5 billion half-yearly dividends for 2010

Mohamed Al-Mady, Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company (SAFCO) Chairman, has announced that the SAFCO Board of Directors approved on June 30 the distribution of SR 1.5 billion dividends to the shareholders for the first half of 2010 at SR 6 per share.

The date of eligibility for the shareholders will be the close of trading on July 7, 2010. Disbursement of dividends will begin within two weeks from the date of eligibility.
