Introduction

The Company has continually strived to make a valid, industrial safe and incident-free workplace. In their "Safety First" policy, the company put forth all its efforts to incorporate safety in all its program, awareness campaigns, and implementations. Take the Process Safety Management program as an example thru which the company commitment has been focused on identification, understanding and control of hazards in the production units and related facilities. Safety activities are conducted that could enhance active participation by direct hire and contractor employees alike such as Safety Talk, Safety Competition, and Safety Trainings/Seminars.

SAFCO completed 2.6 Safe Man-hours without Lost Time Injury till 31 DEC 2007.

SAFCO completed 4.7 Consolidated Safe Man-hours Contractors & Direct Hire

No Environment violation during 2007

Conducted Emergency Response Program with participation of Jubail Emergency Committee (JAMA'A), Sabic affiliates, Royal Commission, King Fahad Industrial Port and Government & Private Hospitals. And the company get excellent from the committee evaluation.
